The hotel had a beautiful and cozy Alpine atmosphere, which added to the romantic ambiance of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.- The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the ski slopes and other activities in the area.
Our debit and credit cards were not accepted for payment, forcing us to withdraw cash. This was unexpected and inconvenient.

The Christmas experience at this hotel was amazing. the two facts that stood out were the traditional Christmas dinner served on Christmas Eve and the delightful Christmas carols sung by the staff. the central location of the hotel put us in close proximity to the charming Christmas markets and festivities in the town. One more advantage we enjoyed was the comfortable and inviting atmosphere of the hotel lobby, where we found a cozy spot to unwind and enjoy the festivities.

The location of the guesthouse is absolutely fantastic - just a 5-minute walk to the gondola. the convenience of being so close to the ski slopes makes it a perfect choice for those looking to hit the slopes early. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good and powerful shower that guarantees plenty of hot water. the staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options to start your day off right.
It would have been a nice touch to have a kettle in the room for those who prefer to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee before heading out. the absence of this amenity could be understandable as they want guests to spend more time and money at the bar, which could be seen as a minor inconvenience.
